Ricky Carroll is one of the most legendary shapers of all time. In 2012, he won a the Icons of Foam (Tribute to the Master’s) Shape-off at The Boardroom Surfboard Expo in Del Mar, California three times in a row. He even beat competitors from Hawaii. As a result, he became a judge for the rest of the years! Due to Ricky Carroll’s extensive knowledge and ability with the craft of shaping he also judges the shape-off at Surf Expo in Orlando each year.
